Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to how you use beastben.surf and the services offered through it by Beastben Septic. When you use the site, ring the phone number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Beastben Septic Does

Beastben Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@beastben.surf.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Beastben Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Beastben Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
